Spider-Man Robber Baricades In Unit

A thief barricaded himself inside a Sydney unit after neighbours noticed him scaling the apartment block.
Police were called to the residence on Broughton Street, in Artarmon, about 2.40pm (AEST) yesterday when witnesses saw a man climbing up balconies.
A 33-year-old Seven Hills man was found inside a unit on the fourth floor but he refused to come out and threatened to jump off the balcony.
Negotiators talked to the man, who surrendered himself almost two hours later.
Apparently the rising cost of web fluid has been blamed for the increase in arachnid-hero burglaries.
"The anti-terror restrictions on lots of chemicals means that we have no choice but to turn to crime," Spider-Man said.
"Wolverine can no longer fly commercially, Captain America is being investigated for illegal growth hormones, it's a disgrace."
He was charged with two counts of break, enter and steal, one count of break, enter with intent, and one count of doing whatever a spider can.

In other news, Big Brother's Camilla was evicted after admiting she had a Pat Cash fantasy. Jamie was so disgusted he had to go put $511K on the bar at the local pub.

DOCS is investigating Batman for inappropriate behaviour around his ward, Dick Grayson. Don't even ask about Alfred.
